Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenmai injection(SMI)on viral myocarditis(VMC)in children.Methods:49 cases with VMC were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=2.5)and the control group(n=24).The treatment group was treated with Shenmai injection(SMI),while the control group was treated with conventional therapy. The clinical symptoms, myocardial enzymes and the results of electrocardiogram of both groups after treatment were compared(P0.01).Results:The total effective rate was 92.0% in treatment group and 75.0% in control group respectively. The difference was significant between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusions: Shenmai injection(SMI)has obviously curative effects on VMC and no adverse reaction was found.
