Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in patients with gastrointestinal cancer perioperative. Methods 70 patients who were received gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each 35 cases. The control group received conventional care measures; the observation group received nursing intervention. Compare the psychological and physiological changes during the implementation. Results By the nursing intervention,the before surgery and postoperative anxiety score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group( P 0. 05). The recovery time of bowel sounds,flatus time,duration of hospitalization was significantly reduced,there were significant differences between the groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the patient's mental disorder,reduce the patient's pain,improve the quality of life,conducive to the patient's recovery.
