Effect of New Perioperative Nursing Intervention in Patients with Abdominal Surgery

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of new perioperative nursing intervention in patients with abdominal surgery.Method:70 patients who were received abdominal surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each 35 cases.The control group received conventional care measures;the observation group received a new perioperative nursing intervention.To compare the psychological and physiological changes during the implementation.Result:The fluctuations of heart rate,blood pressure in the observation group were lower than the control group,the psychological status and satisfaction survey were better than the control group,there were significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal surgery in patients with perioperative new nursing intervention can improve the patient's mental disorder,reduce the patient's pain,improve the quality of life,conducive to the patient's recovery.
