Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of drug-paste interposed moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea and the relationship between moxibustion quantity and curative effect.Methods:90 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into three groups by random table. The three groups were Observation Group A(Big Moxibustion Quantity Group),Observation Group B(Small Moxibustion Quantity Group) and Medicine group C(Treated by Yanhusuo Pain Killer),and each of groups had 30 cases.Among them, the Observation Group A and B were treated by drug-paste interposed moxibustion. Results:The total effective rate of Observation Group A and B and Medicine group C were 96.7%,90.0% and 80.0%.The Observation Group A is better than Medicine group B and the Observation Group B is better than the Medicine group C(P0.05);The Observation Group A is much better than the Medicine group C(P0.01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of drug-paste interposed moxibustion on primary dysmenorrheal is better than treated by medicine and the big moxibustion quantity is better than the small one.
