Abstract
The optimization of supercritical CO2 extraction of grape seed oil was detrmined by\single factor experiments and response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:temperature 47℃,pressure 33 MPa,and average particle diameter 0.29 mm.Under these conditions the average grape seed oil extraction rate could reach to 92.3%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
