Abstract
The orthogonal design was used in extraction of grape seed-oil by supercritical CO2 fluid technology to study the effects of particle size of grape seeds, extraction pressure, temperature and time on its extraction rate. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition for over 18.4% of oil extraction rate was 60 mesh particle sizes of grape seeds,30 MPa extraction pressure,2.5 h extraction time,40 ℃ extraction temperature and 40 kg/h CO2 fluid discharge.
