Abstract
Grape seed oil was obtained with the methods of supercritical CO2 extraction. The optimal supercritical CO2 extraction conditions were granularity of grape seeds 40 mesh, water content 4.62%,temperature 43℃,extraction time 93min,first step separation pressure 30MPa and the temperature 45℃,respectively,the second step separation pressure 6MPa,temperature 35℃.The extracting efficiency could reach 93.3%.The unsaturated fatty acid of supercritical CO2 extraction of grape seed oil reached 90%,and the content of linoleic acid was up to 67.8%.The test results demonstrate that the grape seed oil extracted with supercritical CO2 had totally satisfied with the routine quality index of physical and chemical characters for the refined edible vegetable oil according to the national sanitation standard.
