Observation the effect of nursing intervention on curative effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:We divided 150 patients with COPD were divided into the intervention group and the control group at random.The control group(n=70) received routine treatment and nursing.The intervention group(n=80) received routine treatment and nursing intervention.Effect analyzed statistically.Results:Compared with the control group,there was no significantly artery PO_2,artery PCO_2,WBC in the test group at first enter hospital(P0.05);as compared with the control group,there was higher significantly artery PO_2,artery PCO_2,WBC in the intervention group at tenth day enter hospital(P0.01).Conclusion:The nursing intervention can help doctor to treat patients with COPD,shorten hospital days and raised curative effect.
