Abstract
Selenium in soil were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The samples were digested in (1+1) aqua regia. The effects of the ways of digestion, the work condition of apparatus and the interference and elimination of coexist elements for the determination of Se are discussed, the operating condition of apparatus was optimized. The detecting limit is 0.13μg/L,and the relative standard deviation is 5.46%.The results are in agreement with the recommended value of the standard material(ESS-3).The method is simple with high accuracy and good precision.
