Abstract

Migrant workers are the immense strength promoting China’s economic development and social reform.While seeing migrant workers make great contributions to modernization construction,we must pay attention to employment problem which is more serious they are facing.Based on national survey and individual interview,this paper analyzes the employment situation of migrant workers and raises policy suggestions.
