Results: 54 eyes were cured, success rate was 90% ; 5 eyes were improved (8.33 %), 1 eye were ineffective (1.67 %). Conclusion: The vitrectomy is a micro - surgical technique on treating vitreoretinopathy, many serious cases can be cured successfully.
