Abstract

Based on the investigation and analysis of edible wild herb resources in Baiyang Nature Reserve,it is concluded that the edible wild herb resource is rich,consisting of 25 families,52 genera and 69 species,and angiosperms are dominant.Among them,there are 59 species of herbaceous plants,7 species of shrubs and 3 species of arbors.The typical plants include Matteuccia struthiopteris,Plantgo asiatica,Cardamine leucantha,Juglans cathayensis,Lycium chinense,Aralia chinensis,Taraxacum mongolicum,Allium ovalifolium,etc.The development and exploitation of edible wild herbs in the Reserve have a vast perspective.
