The effect of Cangbaishiduqing and separated prescription on IL-12 level of ureaplasma urealyticum infeced mice

Objectives: To explore the effect of Cangbaishiduqing and separated prescription on IL- 12 level of Ureaplasma urealyticum infeced mice. Method: Mycoplasma infection models of 4 ureaplasma urealyticum serotypes of BALB / c mice were selected. The Cangbaishiduqing group,activating blood dampness group,Qingrejiedu group and Jianpilishi group were given TCM intragastric administration for 7 days. ELASA method was used to detect vaginal mucosa IL- 12 levels of mice. Results: The IL- 12 value of model group was higher than that of blank group( P 0. 05). The IL- 12 values of Cangbaishiduqing group and Jianpilishi group,which had no difference from the blank group,was lower than the model group's( P 0. 05). Conclusions: After being infected with mycoplasma urealytium,the IL- 12 level of mice on vaginal mucosa increases,which leads to the swelling and erosion with obvious inflammation. The Cangbaishiduqing and Jianpilishi medicine can reduce the IL- 12 levels on vaginal mucosa to normal level and reduce the vagina inflammation of mice.
