EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF ALITRIDE'S TREATMENT ON UREAPLASMA UREALYTICUM AFTER INFECTING MOUSE

[Objective]To assess the treatment of Alitride on ureaplasma urealyticum after infecting mice.[Methods]60 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,After establish successfully the vaginal infection with ureaplasma urealyticum mice model,the alitride treatment group was given to the treatment Alitride and the medicine reference group was given to the treatment Azithromycin.[Results]The Uu masculine rate of the low Alitride treatment group was lower than the NS reference group's Uu masculine rate.The Uu masculine rate of the medicine reference group and the high Alitride treatment group between the NS reference group were signiciant difference(P﹤0.05).The Uu masculine rate between the high Alitride treatment group and the NS reference group had no significant difference(P﹥0.05).The number of the Uu between the high Alitride treatment group and the NS reference group were markedly decreased than before the thetreatment(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]The treatment of Alitride on ureaplasma urealyticum after infecting mice was more effective and the Alitride can restrain and kill the ureaplasma urealyticum.The action of Alitride is similar to the Azithromycin.The action is dose-effect's relation.
