Abstract
The paper researches data property,principle、standard and step of spatial database and discusses framework management of spatial database and analyses key technology that are seamless integration of spatial database,metadata structure,spatial database copy and spatial data update adopting spatial database basic theory combination instance about establishing of Beijing land source and house management information system.The result indicates that it exists many problems in building spatial database that are spatial data structure mode,spatial data security and spatial data updating,therefore,it needs vigorous research.
