Abstract
Teachingis the comprehensive concept with syllabus,teaching programme,content of courses,teaching method,etc.which should be implemented in classroom teaching,so that the classroom becomes the main place of the personnel training.This paper,with theThree-in-OneApproach,analyses the present condition that the teacher in classroom teaching pays less attention to the students' ability transformed from knowledge,which,the paper believes,should be turned to the ability by the students themselves who learn it.So,how to change the teachers' notion about teaching,how to form the sense of student-centre,and how to create an environment for developing students' personality,the paper raises some suggestions which propose the idea of training the innovative talent in classroom teaching.
