The Clinical Study of Therapy Patients with Non-alcoholic Liver of Fat with Sanyuhuzhuo Decoction

Objection: To study the clinical effect of Sanyuhuazhuo decoction in treating the patients with Non-alcoholic liver of fat.Methods: 60 patients were treated with Sanyuhuazhuo decoction in treatment group,and other 60 patients were treated with Essentiale Forte N,in two groups the changes of symptoms,systems and images were observed,liver faction and fat of blood were examined before and after treatment.Results:The total effect ratio were 93.3% and 53.3% respectively in two groups,in treatment group the liver function of the patients were ameliorated distinctly and fat of blood descend,the avoirdupois of obesity patients were control effectively,the texture of liver were ameliorated distinctly by B ultrasonic,there are distinct difference in two groups(P0.05～0.0015).Conclusion: The clinical observation indicated that Sanyuhuazhuo decoction has perfect curative effect in Non-alcoholic liver of fat,it can ameliorate the symptom,sign,liver function,fat of blood and control avoirdupois of obesity patients and then reduce the trauma of liver.
