Abstract
Tributyl citrate was synthesized of p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on granule activated carbon under microwave irradiation. The experiment results showed that when power of microwave irradiation was 550 W, trihydric acid is 3.9:1(mol),and catalyzer's weight is 4% based on the total mass of initial materials, reaction time was 50 min.Conversion of citric acid amounts to 95.2%.Additionally,it was found that under microwave irradiation, the reaction rate of esterification and yield of the product was higher than that of conventional heating method.
