The Curative Effect Observation of Amiodarone Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Frequent Ventricular Extrasystoles

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmias.Methods 60 cases of coronary heart disease with frequent ventricular extrasystoles were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases),the observation group was given intravenous injection of amiodarone(24h) and oral maintenance,while oral Metoprocol treatment;control group intravenous injection of lidocaine(24h),and oral Metoprocol treatment,treatment for 4 weeks.Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 90.0%,higher than 76.7% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The adverse reaction of two groups was compared,there was no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmias is safe and effective.
