Abstract
[Objective]To study efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias in coronary heart disease.[Methods]In January 2009-December 2010,130 cases with ventricular arrhythmias were studied by controlled trial. All the patients were informed with consent. The patients were randomly divided into control group(65 cases)and the observation group(65 cases),Both groups had the placebo treatment in the first 4 weeks, not receiving anti-arrhythmic drug therapy.Subsequently, the control group was treated with propafenone, and the observation group with oral amiodarone tablet, for 8 weeks, and the all received regular treatment of coronary heart disease.Treatments in two groups were compared to analyze clinical efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias in coronary heart disease.[Results]After treatment, both groups had significantly improved QTc interval, ventricular premature number, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia number, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Improvement in the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.85%,significantly higher than 78.46% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 4.341,P﹤0.05).Reduced cardiac function, liver dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction and other adverse reactions did not occur in both groups.[Conclusion]The treatment of ventricular arrhythmia in coronary heart disease by amiodarone is effective and safe, which is worthy of clinical application.
