Abstract

Objective To compare the curative effects and nursing of CSII(continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion) and MSII(multiple subcutaneous insulin infusion) on the blood glucose control of type 2 diabetes.Method 70 type 2 diabetes patients who needed intensive insulin delivery were randomly divided into two groups: CSII group(with 35 cases) was given continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion, while MSII group(with 35 cases) was given multiple subcutaneous insulin infusion. Two groups' time of therapy、total dose of insulin needed and hypoglycemia incidence were compared.Result Compared to MSII group, the CSII group's time to control the blood glucose was decreased, its insulin doses and hypoglycemia incidences were markedly decreased. Conclusion CSII can control the hypoglycemia much faster and more effectively, the occurrence of hypoglycemia can be rather less and patients' life quality is obviously improved.
