The Nursing on Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients with Surgical Treatment

[Objective]To study the nursing effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients before and after operation.[Methods]49 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by surgery with strict preoperative observation and the postoperative care of various ducts.The prevention and treatment of complications had been given attention.The patients were given rehabilitation nursing and discharge guidance.[Results]After operation,there were 46 survival cases and 3 death cases.Among 42 follow-up cases,19 cases were good;12 cases were moderate disability with life-independent;5 cases were severe disability with consciousness recovery but life-dependent;3 cases were in persistent vegetative status;3 cases died.The good proportion was 31/42(73.8%).[Conclusion]The postoperative care is the key of minimally invasive surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.The careful nursing can make better therapeutic effect.
