Nursing Interventions of 70 Cases with Hypertension Cerebral Hemorrhage in Acute and Rehabilitation Stage

Objective To explore the nursing effect of acute and rehabilitation in 70 cases with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The Patients were operated by craniotomy after bleeding spot and bleeding volume confirmed by CT.Results 70 cases within 6h were operated by emergency surgery,of which 31 cases with basal ganglia hemorrhage,cerebellum bleeding in 10 cases,thalamus hemorrhage 5 cases,simple intraventricular hemorrhage 11 cases,six cases of mixed hemorrhage,cerebral hemorrhage 7 cases;They were unrsed by acute care and rehabilitation interventions.The completely cured 33 patients,the light hemiplegia,take care of themselves in 28 cases;severely disabled five cases,three cases of persistent vegetative state;one case of death.Conclusion The nursing intervention can directly affect patients with long-term effects and quality of life in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
