Abstract
Objective Aggregate 70 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgery experience.Exploration of hypertension patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgical indications,the operation time、surgery、post-operative treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of 70 cases of cerebral treatment of hypertension in patients with clinical data.Results In 70 patients,70 cases were followed up for more than six months.GOS score:20 cases of death,the persistent vegetative state of 0 cases,15 cases of severely disabled,the residual 25 cases,good in 10 cases.Conclusion hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage on the surgical treatment,we should have a good indication,the opportunity to choose the right procedure,the importance of post-operative treatment.
