Abstract
Bamboo leaf flavone and Vc content were compared in nan bamboo,Bambusa vulgaris,Neosinocalamus affi-nis,black bamboo. The results showed that in order to Shichiku in bamboo leaves flavonoids in the highest, amounting to 3.44%,Neosinocalamus bamboo leaves flavonoids in the lowest, only 1.91%;Vc content Neosinocalamus highest 1.52 mg/g,bamboo in the Vc content of the lowest, only 0.25 mg/g.At the same time in different parts of bamboo in the bam-boo leaves bamboo leaves flavonoids was studied, bamboo flavonoid content of bamboo in shady spot was the highest, reached to 3.35%.
