Consummation of Civil Servant Incentive Mechanism Under the Perspective of Hierarchy Theory of Needs

Maslow's theory is a famous and effective incentive theory,which has important applications in enterprises and institutions and the public sector field.At present,our country socialist market economy has established and consummate constantly,how to improve the quality and work enthusiasm will influence our government system reform and the transformation of the economic structure of success.Faced with the present opportunities and contradictions under the background of the hierarchy theory of needs,the paper analyzes the civil servant incentive mechanism in China and some problems existing and puts forward a series of reasonable proposals.
