Multiperspective on Incentive Mechanism of Civil Servant

The incentive mechanism of civil servant plays an important and promotive role in the construction of the civil servant system. With the development of professional public sector of human resources,China's present incentive values and single model are no longer suited to the development of the civil service system.Based on the incentive theoretical perspective,the practice perspective and correct perspective of civil servant,four models of the incentive mechanism of civil servant are constructed with a view of promoting the incentive mechanism of civil servant.
