Abstract
This paper takes the authority of civil servants as the research object,to understand the situation of civil servant incentive,on the basis of fully investigation,to sum up the common problems civil service incentives facing,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for China's prefecture-level city,to provide the reference for civil servant incentive mechanism research and the construction.
