Abstract

The concrete administrative action takes its abstract counterpart as the fundamental basis.Unfortunately,the research on the supervision of abstract administrative action is not sufficient.This paper,from the perspective of judicial supervision,expounds the theoretical foundation,the actual requirement as well as the necessity and possibility of judicial supervision of abstract administrative action.Then the author puts forward the strategy of carrying out the judicial supervision of abstract administrative action
