Abstract
Determined the contents of flavonoid from the celery leaves with aluminium nitrate spectrophotometric method, the optimized technique condition was studied for extraction with ethanol celery leaves as raw material. The optimum extracting conditions with ethanol were 70% ethanol, ratio of solid to liquid 1∶10 materiel ratio, extracting temperature 90 ℃, extracting time 2 h.
