Abstract
Objective To determine the expression of CDK4 ki67 and PTEN in the endometrial carcinoma and the significance. Methods The expressions of CDK4 ki67 and PTEN in 60 endometrial cancer cases and 32 normal endometrial tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry S- P and the positive expression rates were analyzed. Results The expressions of CDK4 and ki67 were located with the cytoplasm and the endometrial. The positive expression rates were 78.33%(47/60)、85.00%(51/60) which were significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues in 25.00%(8/32)和12.50%(4/32)(P0.05). Both of their expressions were related with myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis, clinical phasing and pathological staging(P0.05). Outcome of endometrial carcinoma tissue in PTEN protein expression for loss, higher than that in normal endometrial tissue(P0.05), and the PTEN expression in G1 level was higher than that of G2, G3 tumor(P 0.05),PTEN protein loss rate and tumor tissue types, and myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis and pathological staging showed no significant relationship(P0.05);In endometrial carcinoma, CDK4 and PTEN expression was significantly negative correlated, the expressions of CDK4 and ki67were positively correlated with each other. Conclusion CDK4 and ki67 were highly expressed and loss of PTEN protein in the endometrial cancinoma and their expressions were related with occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma and the metastasis.
