Abstract
Naphthenic acid and distillate corrosions of crude oil from Penglai 19-3 Well were studied by static coupon weight loss test. The naphthenic acid corrosion of vacuum distillation tower in crude distillation Unit in CNOOC Huizhou Refining was also analyzed based upon the results of corrosion investigation during the maintenance and replacement injection additives. The results show that the corrosion of crude oil from Penglai 19-3 Well increases with temperature at a range between 260 and 330℃,and molecular weight of naphthenic acid is high in 450~524℃ distillate oil and corrosion is relatively weak at 260~300℃ temperature.
