Research on Corrosivity of the Naphthenic Acid

Abstract
Some materials were selected,which are commonly used in refinery equipment and experimental method were established.Through analyzing the corrosion rate of material in different acid and temperature of crude oil,it was concluded that some corrosion regularity of the naphthenic acid.This can guide to select suitable material for equipment and reduce cost and also manufacture refinery equipment for more inferior quality crude oil on the premise that serious naphthenic acid corrosion can't occur.
