Discuss about the Modern Distance Education and the Staff Construction of the Rural Teachers

The new situation of modern education's development puts forward a higher request for rural teacher currently,the traditional education means for the teachers' training can't satisfy the modern educational demand any more.In this paper,based on the current situation of the construcation of rural teachers,we analyze the sigrifcance of the modern distant education in promoting the construction of rural teachers and discuss the ideas to utilize the modern distant education to form a positine circulating mechanism for the training of rural teachers.
