Abstract

This text analyzes the rigorous present con- dition of road traffic safety in china first,putting for- ward the important meaning of improving the safe con- dition of the road traffic.From four main factors of the traffic people-machine system,people,car,road and en- vironment set out,raising the corresponding measure to lower the traffic accident occurrence rate.
