Comparing Study on Road Traffic Safety Management Measures

Abstract

Based on the road traffic safety condition and its safety management of China in last five years , this paper analyzes the development of the rule of road traffic law , road traffic safety propagative education , road traffic law enforcement and road accident emergency rescue measure. Compared with traffic developed countries suchas Japan and US, the author hopes to find the current weak link and improuing measures of China road traffic safety management measure.
