Abstract

One of the subjects of global governance is the institution of global governance stemming from various intergovernmental organizations,and it raises the question about the legitimacy of global governance.The constitutionalization of global governance is a possible approach on this problem,but it also have its limit.In fact,the constitutionalization of global governance is related to the rule of law as a principle of global governance.The discussion on the roles of UN and WTO illustrates that the rule of law is an important approach on the legitimization of global governance institutions.
