Effect of Combination of Kudiezi Injection and Valsartan on Old Patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of combination of Kudiezi injection and Valsartan on old patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients of early diabetic nephropathy were divided into 2 groups:combination group(n=30) and control group(n=30).Control group: Valsartan 80mg,once daily;combination group:Valsartan 80mg+Kudiezi injection 40mg,once daily.Continuous course treatment of 14 days,Before and after the treatment,24U-TP、Cys-C,BUN,Scr were detected,and drug adverse reactions were also observed.Results:After continuous course treatment of 14 days,the 24U-TP、Cys-C of the 2 groups were both decreased(P0.01).Compared with control group,combination group was decreased obviously(P0.05 or P0.01).The BUN,Scr of the 2 groups had no statistically significant and the serious adverse reactions were not observed.Conclusion:Combination of Kudiezi injection and Valsartan could safely decrease the 24U-TP、Cys-C of early diabetic nephropathy in old patients.
