Abstract

During the process of the educational modernization in China,to perfect the flow of educational policy operation surely plays a very important role for adjusting and revising the former policies and endowing the policies with new spirit,new contents and new operational ways timely in order to keep educational policy itself vital,as well as to enhance the efficiency of education policy operation and to promote sustainable development of educational cause.
