On the Operating Principles and Efficiency of Educational Policy

Abstract

Following accurately the operating principles of educational policy is necessary to improving the efficiency of the education policy,thus maximizing a positive role of education policy.By this paper and its macroscopical analysis on the operating principles and efficiency of educational policy,I hope that it can urge us to scan educational policy in the overall sight,and promote the government departments concerned to improve the policy process,reduce and eventually avoid policy mistakes,so as to promote China's education to step into a more orderly and healthy developmental path.
