Abstract

To understand objective truth and legal truth precisely and deal with their relations properly are very important for legal practice to exercise the rule by law theory of socialism and make our work in the right direction.The system to pursue objective truth flaws in mechanism as well as lack of legal basis and law-enforcement power.Hence,we should try hard to unify objective truth and legal truth in order to get a unification of legal effect and social affect making law serves our society well.
