ThatTake facts as the basis and the law as the criterion is one of the basic law principles of our country.But the facts we used to judge is the objective truth or the real the legal truth? We should choose fact when they conflict in judicial practice.In this paper,we will analysis about this question.The writer thinks we should see it as an entirety.
