Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Rhokinase inhibitor fasudil in the treatment of acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.METHODS: 120 patients with acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: 60 cases in the treatment group received Danxiang Guanxin Injection,Acenterine enteric-coated tablets, hypotensive therapy and statins etc concomitantly, and another 60 in the trial group treated with Rhokinase inhibitor fasudil in addition to the therapy in the control group. The improvement of neurological impairment and blood serum CRP level of the two groups were evaluated.RESULTS: There were significant differences between the trial group and the control group with regard to improvement of neurological impairment and reduction of serum CRP level(u=2052,P0.05;t=9.43,P0.05).CONCLUSION: Fasudil is safe and effective in the treatment of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
