An Initial Search to the Legal Science Case Teaching Method

Abstract

Through an analysis to our country’s present legal science education present situation and the existent problems,this article initially discusses the legal science case teaching method’s practice value and the concrete operation process,and then gives benefi-cial exploration on how to further consummate and enhance our country’s legal science education.
