Abstract

Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) was used to study the curing reaction characteristics and curing reaction kinetics of ATPU/Epoxy resin system. Results showed that curing reaction heat of ATPU/Epoxy system, first increases with increasing ATPU content, then reaches a peak value at [ATPU]=1.6. The onset curing temperature and the peak curing temperature is 121℃ and 177℃ respectively. While the activation energy and the order of curing reaction are 81.825 kJ/mol and 1.3 respectively.
