Abstract
In this paper, a new kind of curing agent ATPU (amino-terminated polyurethane) containing both flexible chains and rigid groups was synthesized. Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) was used to investigate the influence of curing agent ATPU on the curing reaction characteristics of epoxy resin(E-44). Results showed that the amount of ATPU curing agent have an obvious influence on the curing reaction processing (curing on set temperature and end temperature), curing reaction heat and curing degree, with increasing in the amount of the curing agent ATPU, the curing reaction heat and curing degree increases.
