Abstract
178 recombinant inbred llines(RILs) derived from 99G44×Jing 771 were used as mapping population in wheat.721 pairs of SSR primers were used to detect the polymorphisms between parents 99G44 and Jing 771.180 pairs of SSR primers with the polymorphisms between parents 99G44 and Jing 771 were selected to analyze RIL population.98 markers were detected by the primers mengtioned above .Only 82 markers were used to construct the molecular genetic Lingage map,and mapped on 21 chromosomes by Mapmaker 3.0 and Mapdraw v2.1.The map spaned about 1 532.38 cM in wheat genome. The average distance of markers was 19.15 cM.
