Abstract
173 recombinant inbred lines(RILs) derived from Jing 771×Pm97034 were used as mapping population in wheat.906 pairs of SSR primers were used to detect the polymorphisms between parents Jing 771 and Pm97034.270 pairs of SSR primers with the polymorphisms between parents Jing 771 and Pm97034 were selected to analyze RIL population.184 markers were detected by the primers mentioned above.Only 129 markers were used to construct the molecular genetic linkage map,and mapped on 21 chromosomes by Mapmaker 3.0 and Mapdraw V2.1.The map spaned about 2106.2 cM in wheat genome. The average distance of markers was 16.32 cM.
