Abstract
Network information service industry in the developed cocentries has such characteristics as follows: large investment, high pay-back, integration strategy and implementing enterprise managment. China has been left behind in this field. So there should be the innovation and development in Chinese network information service industry in terms of institution, management, technology, personnel and service form,etc.
