Study of service innovation system in software industry

With the development of information and internet technology, software and information service industry will become the largest industry in the world. Facing the great pressure of the rapid development of software industry in the developed countries, it has become the key issue for China as to how to accelerate innovation of Chinese software industry. This paper, based on the theory of the innovation of traditional service, and the results of service theory by American and Western scholars, combined with the research on the service innovation cases of famous international software enterprises, studies the software industry-a promising and potential industry, and presents the innovation system of software service industry as well.
